Lymphaden结核，also known as Lymphadenitis, is one of the surgical diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. According to the records in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, Lymphaden结核 is caused by lung and kidney Yin deficiency, internal generation of phlegm and fire, which accumulates in the cervical lymph nodes. The Yin deficiency with fire hyperactivity syndrome is characterized by hard, fixed swellings, with symptoms such as evening heat and night sweats, and the treatment approach is to nourish Yin, reduce fire, resolve phlegm, and disperse conglomeration. The overall treatment direction suggests that attention should be paid to adjusting the patient's constitution, enhancing the body's ability to resist diseases, and selecting appropriate treatment methods according to specific patterns. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the treatment of Lymphaden结核 should follow the principle of differentiation and treatment, combining internal and external treatment, to achieve the effect of treating both symptoms and root causes.
