Yuping (Depression Tendency)
In traditional Chinese medicine, Yuping, also known as depression tendency, falls under the category of Qi, blood, and body fluid disorders. According to the classical text "Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine," Yuping is described as "a disorder caused by the blockage of emotional expression, stagnation of Qi flow, and dysfunction of the internal organs, primarily involving the liver, spleen, and heart."
郁证在中医临床中，其核心病机为情志不畅，气机郁滞，导致脏腑功能失调。常见诱因包括情志不遂、工作压力、生活变故等。在辨证时，需注意区分以下关键点：
1. 肝气郁结证：以精神抑郁、情绪不宁、善太息、胸胁胀痛为主要表现，调理思路为疏肝理气，解郁安神。
2. 气郁化火证：以急躁易怒、胸胁胀满、口苦口干、目赤耳鸣为主要表现，调理思路为疏肝泻火，解郁清热。
3. 忧郁伤神证：以精神恍惚、心神不宁、悲忧善哭为主要表现，调理思路为养心安神，解郁定志。
