Traditional Chinese Medicine Definition
Lithuria, also known as urinary tract infection, is a category of kidney-related diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. According to the "Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine," lithuria is characterized by frequent urination, dribbling pain, acute lower abdominal cramps, or pain radiating to the waist and abdomen. The etiology and pathogenesis are often attributed to the accumulation of damp-heat in the lower jiao, leading to an obstruction in the transformation and excretion of urine by the bladder.
淋证在中医临床中，其核心病机为湿热蕴结，膀胱气化不利。常见诱因包括饮食不节、情志不畅、劳倦过度等。辨证时需注意区分淋证的寒热虚实：
1. 热淋：表现为小便频数，灼热刺痛，尿色黄赤，多因湿热蕴结所致。
2. 石淋：表现为小便艰涩，尿中夹有砂石，或排尿突然中断，多因湿热久蕴，结石形成。
3. 气淋：表现为少腹胀满，小便涩滞，淋沥不宣，多因气机郁滞，膀胱气化不利。
整体调理方向提示：中医临床中，淋证的治疗以清热利湿、通淋排石、理气疏导为主。通过辨证论治，调整机体阴阳平衡，恢复膀胱气化功能，以达到治疗目的。传统中医认为，淋证的治疗需根据具体证型，灵活运用方药，以达到最佳治疗效果。
